Wenn damit Erstklässler gemeint sind, die gerade das Alphabet lernen, könnte man "i-Männchen" sagen.

als Substantiv:
1. Abc-Schütze
2. Anfänger(in)

als Adjektiv:
1. alphabetisch (angeordnet)
2. elementar, grundlegend
