Ingredients ( Serves 4 ) 500 g rocket ( arugula ) 250 ml whipping cream ½ l vegetable broth 1 garlic clove 1 onion 50 g butter 4 small pieces buffalo mozzarella 2 tomatoes Salt, pepper
Preparation Finely cut the onion and garlic, sauté in butter until glazed and cover with the vegetable broth.
Wash the rocket, cut into small pieces and add to the broth.
