The core zone – an area of approximately 460 hectares – falls within the International Union for the Conservation of Nature (IUCN)’s highest category.
www.klh.atAber sie haben während der letzten Woche auch andere Teile des LHC besucht, und haben dabei einen unglaublichen Raum gefunden, eine goldene Höhle.
Bill hat in sie hineingerufen und hat schon Pläne für die Zukunft.
Aber aktuell konzentrieren sich Bill und Subodh auf den großen Tag, wenn sie in den LHC hinabsteigen, mit Beschleunigungssensoren ausgestattet, um herauszufinden, wie entzückt der LHC darüber ist, sich selbst zu hören.
www.aec.atHowever during the week, they also made visits to other parts of the LHC, finding an incredible space like a mighty golden cavern which Bill shouted into with his voice coming back.
Bill has plans for that in the future – so watch this space.
But for now he and Subodh are concentrating on the big day, going down into the LHC, with accelerometers and exciters and seeing how excited the LHC gets when it hears itself when it is running.
