Da ein indischer Markt für Solarenergie weitgehend fehlt, gibt es auch nicht genügend Institutionen, die über ausreichend Erfahrung im Hinblick auf Planung, Integration und Durchführung von Solarenergieprojekten für städtische Ballungsräume und Industriezentren verfügen.
Das Projekt organisiert spezielle Schulungsprogramme mit Seminaren, Exkursionen und Spezialkursen, in denen die relevanten Personengruppen ihr Wissen vertiefen und neue Fertigkeiten erwerben können.
In Zusammenarbeit mit allen wichtigen Beteiligten entwickelt das Projekt Strategien und Maßnahmen zur erfolgreichen Einbindung der Pilotprojekte in ein landesweites Programm, das die großmaßstäbliche Einführung und kommerzielle Nutzung und Vermarktung der Solarenergie fördert.

The project organises specific training programmes, including seminars, study trips and special courses, that allow the relevant groups to improve their skills.
In cooperation with all key stakeholders, the project is developing strategies and activities for incorporating successful pilot projects in a countrywide programme that promotes the wider uptake and commercialisation solar energy.
