Vorstehender Vertrag ist für einen Zeitraum von 10 Jahren abgeschlossen worden.
Er gielt als stillschweigend verlängert, falls er nicht von einer der Hohen Vertragsschliessenden Parteien ein Jahr vor Ablauf dieses Zeitraums gekündigt wird.
Im letzteren Fall tritt er ein Jahr nach erfolgter Kündigung ausser Kraft.
