5. Lieferung, Mehr- und Minderleistungen
(1) Der Auftragnehmer liefert zu dem vereinbarten Zeitpunkt kostenfrei an die vom Auftraggeber bezeichnete Annahmestelle.
(2) Lieferungs- oder Leistungsstörungen sind dem Auftraggeber unter Angabe der Gründe sofort anzuzeigen.
