EDITIONEN, Pork Salad Press, Ansicht, Secession 2005 Die Aktivitäten von Pork Salad Press sind vielfältig: sie finden ihre Realisierung in Ausstellungen, CDs, Büchern und KünstlerInnenprojekten.
Die Ausstellung in der Secession konzentriert sich auf das aktuelle Zeitungsprojekt Old News: auf Einladung von Jacob Fabricius, dem Kopf hinter Pork Salad Press, schneiden KünstlerInnen einen Monat lang ihnen relevant erscheinende Meldungen, Artikel und Pressebilder aus Zeitungen aus.

EDITIONEN, Pork Salad Press, Secession 2005 The activities of Pork Salad Press are many and varied, covering exhibitions, CDs, books, and artist projects.
The Secession show features the current project Old News: for a month, artists invited by Jacob Fabricius – the brains behind Pork Salad Press – cut out of newspapers, stories, articles, and images they consider relevant.

Crispy Pork Belly, Seebarsch mit Sechuan-Pfeffer und in Shaoxin Wein gedünstete Dorade.
Der glasierte Schweinebauch kommt in mundgerechten Stücken und ist sowohl zart als auch außen knusprig, der Seebarsch lässt einen das Meer schmecken und die Dorade ist mein Gewinner!

Crispy Pork Belly, Seabass with Sichuan pepper and a Dorada steamed in Shaoxin wine.
The belly comes in bite size pieces and be grateful for that- for it is crunchy, silky and entirely sinful.
