In Mekele, der Hauptstadt der Region Tigray im Norden des Landes, werden über 950 Kinder unterrichtet.
Die Schülerinnen und Schüler sind mehrheitlich Kinder von Eltern mit Behinderungen und erhalten hier Unterricht ab vier Jahren von der Kindergarten- bis zur Sekundarstufe.
In den nächsten drei Jahren wird die Anzahl der Schülerinnen und Schüler auf über 1300 wachsen.
www.dow.comIn the year 2005, the Rainbows4Children Foundation founded the Nicolas Robinson School in the Ethiopian town of Mekele, the capital of the Tigray region in the north of the country, where more than 950 children attend school.
The students are mainly children of parents with disabilities and receive education starting at age 4 from primary school to secondary school levels.
Over the next three years, the number of children will increase to over 1300.
