Hochleistung als Flow-Erfahrung
Hochleistung, wie sie ja von Sportlern und Musikern beschrieben wird, ist eine Flow-Erfahrung und wird als ein “Ich-freies-in den Augenblick-Vertieftsein” bezeichnet.
Diesen Zustand erreiche ich, wenn ich in meiner vollen Achtsamkeit im ‘jetzt’ agiere, und keine zweite Instanz anwesend ist, die mich kontrolliert und beurteilt.

I reach this state focusing my full attention on my action taking place at this very moment in which there is no second issue or inner voice that checks and evaluates me.
