Bei der Eröffnung der Rigaer Sommer-Restaurantwoche am 30.Juli gestalteten die Chefköche der besten lettischen Restaurants und die Künstlerin Elita Patmalniece ein einzigartiges Kunstwerk aus Produkten und Gaben der Natur.
Die Veranstaltung wurde von Vita Jermoloviča, der Leiterin des Rigaer Tourismusentwicklungsbüros (RTAB), eröffnet und an der Gestaltung dieses besonderen Kunstwerks nahmen bekannte Küchenchefs und Restaurantinhaber wie Māris Astičs, Arnis Bikšus, Heinrihs Erhards, Dace Gribuste, Ingmārs Ladigs, Valters Zirdziņš und andere teil.
