Nach erfolglosem Fristablauf können wir – unbeschadet sonstiger Rechte – ohne Fristsetzung vom Vertrag zurücktreten und / oder Schadensersatz statt der Leistung verlangen.
Bei Absatzschwierigkeiten während der Laufzeit des Vertrages können wir ohne Fristsetzung vom Vertrag zurücktreten oder die vereinbarte Leistung reduzieren.
Die Leistung unseres Lieferanten ist erbracht, sobald er diese mängelfrei in unserem Werk abliefert.
