Das HABM veröffentlicht eine Mitteilung, deren Zustellung sich als unmöglich erwiesen hat, in Form einer öffentlichen Bekanntmachung ( gemäß Regel 61 Absatz 2 Buchstabe e ) und Regel 66 GMDV und Beschluss Nr. EX-05-6 des Präsidenten des Amtes ).
Die öffentliche Zustellung erfolgt durch Veröffentlichung folgender Angaben :
• Angabe des Verfahrens, auf das sich die Veröffentlichung bezieht;
