Der Haftungsausschluss der ZF Friedrichshafen AG gilt ferner nicht, wenn eine Pflicht verletzt wird, deren Erfüllung die ordnungsgemäße Durchführung des Vertrages überhaupt erst ermöglicht und auf deren Einhaltung der Besucher regelmäßig vertrauen darf ( Kardinalpflichten ), - bei leichter Fahrlässigkeit jedoch der Höhe nach beschränkt auf die bei Vertragsschluss vorhersehbaren vertragstypischen Schäden.
Ferner gilt der Ausschluss nicht im Falle von Personenschäden, Haftung nach dem Produkthaftungsgesetz, Haftung für das Fehlen übernommener Garantien und Arglist.
Die ZF Friedrichshafen AG behält sich ausdrücklich vor, Teile der Seiten oder das gesamte Angebot ohne gesonderte Ankündigung zu verändern, zu ergänzen, zu löschen oder die Veröffentlichung zeitweise oder endgültig einzustellen.
