www.ibexu.deNach Ablauf der geforderten Aufbewahrungsdauer werden die Unterlagen, soweit vorab nicht anders vereinbart, kostenpflichtig von IBExU vernichtet.
Für das Verfahren der Aufbewahrung von Unterlagen ist der „ Antrag zur Aufbewahrung von Unterlagen “ ( FB 07 4 002 ) vom Hersteller auszufüllen .
Die zur Aufbewahrung vorgesehenen Unterlagen sind, beispielsweise mit firmeneigenem Klebeband, zu verschließen und danach mindestens mit den „Kontaktinformationen“ (Name des Antragstellers/Herstellers und Anschrift) sowie den unter „Produktbeschreibung“ angegebenen Daten zu kennzeichnen.
www.ibexu.deAt the end of the demanded storage period the documents will be destructed with costs unless otherwise agreed in advance.
For the procedure of the storage of documents the “Application for the storage of documents” (FB 07 4 002) has to be completed by the manufacturer.
The documents provided for storage have to be locked, e. g. with company-owned tape, and after this identified at least with the “Contact information” (Name of applicant/the manufacturer and address) and the data specified in “Product description”.
