(3) Ausfuhrsendung umfasst die Waren, die ein Ausführer gleichzeitig über dieselbe Ausgangszollstelle nach demselben Bestimmungsland ausführt.

(1) Jede Ausfuhrsendung ist vor der Ausfuhr vom Anmelder unter Vorlage einer Ausfuhranmeldung oder einer Zollanmeldung in Form einer Ausfuhranmeldung bei der Ausfuhrzollstelle zu gestellen.
(2) Wer als Ausführer nach Artikel 788 der Verordnung (EWG) Nr. 2454/93 der Kommission vom 2. Juli 1993 mit Durchführungsvorschriften zu der Verordnung (EWG) Nr. 2913/92 des Rates zur Festlegung des Zollkodex der Gemeinschaften (ABl. L 253 vom 11.10.1992, S. 1, L 268 vom 19.10.1994, S. 32, L 180 vom 19.7.1996, S. 34, L 156 vom 13.6.1997, S. 59, L 111 vom 29.4.1999, S. 88), die zuletzt durch die Verordnung (EU) Nr. 58/2013 (ABl. L 21 vom 24.1.2013, S. 19) geändert worden ist, in der jeweils geltenden Fassung, oder als Anmelder nach Artikel 64 der Verordnung (EWG) Nr. 2913/92 Waren aus dem Zollgebiet der Europäischen Union befördern will, hat folgende Zollanmeldung abzugeben:

Die nicht gegenständliche Übermittlung von Gütern bedarf keiner zollamtlichen Behandlung.
