Sehr geehrter DPD Kunde, Für die Ausfuhr nach Serbien muss in den Verzollungsdokumenten als Ausgangszollstelle CI Tovarnik ( HR 070327 ) erwähnt werden.
Handelt es sich jedoch um Produkte, die eine pflanzenschutz-, gesundheitsschutz- oder tierschutzrechtliche Untersuchung erforderlich machen, muss als Ausgangszollstelle CI Bajakovo ( HR 070319 ) angegeben werden.

Dear DPD customer, For the export to Serbia, the Customs office of exit CI Tovarnik ( HR 070327 ) has to be stated in the customs documents.
However, in case of shipments that require a Phytosanitary, Sanitary or Veterinary inspection at the border, the Customs office CI Bajakovo ( HR 070319 ) has to be used.

(6) Die Zollbehörde kann zulassen, dass der Anmelder bei einer Funktionsstörung des Datenverarbeitungssystems der Zolldienststelle oder des Anmelders eine schriftliche Ausfuhranmeldung mit den in Absatz 3 Nummer 2 genannten Angaben bei der Ausgangszollstelle vorlegt.
Die Vorgaben der Verfahrensanweisung nach Absatz 2 Satz 2 gelten entsprechend.
