Eines der erfolgreichsten Module war Training cum Construction :
die fachpraktische non-formale Qualifizierung von Bauhandwerkern, bei der die Auszubildenden während der Ausbildung Schulgebäude, Klassenzimmer, Wohnheime, Werkstätten, Toiletten, usw. errichteten.
Die qualifizierten Ausbilder sind teilweise heute noch – 10 Jahre nach Beendigung des Vorhabens – bei bilateralen Organisationen wie zum Beispiel JICA in ähnlichen Programmen beschäftigt.
