( 2 ) Nach Rechnungsabschluss Stellt die Bank eine fehlerhafte Gutschrift erst nach einem Rechnungsabschluss fest und steht ihr ein Rückzahlungsanspruch gegen den Kunden zu, so wird sie in Höhe ihres Anspruchs sein Konto belasten ( Berichtigungsbuchung ).
Erhebt der Kunde gegen die Berichtigungsbuchung Einwendungen, so wird die Bank den Betrag dem Konto wieder gutschreiben und ihren Rückzahlungsanspruch gesondert geltend machen.
