The building complex contains almost exclusively offices ; only on the top floors there are exclusive penthouse apartments.
The building , which is 65 m tall , consists of two interlaced towers , each with 16 and 19 floors respectively . It was designed by Max Dudler in Chicago School style .
The present owner, IFM Immobilien AG, acquired the building in 2006.
