Dieser wurde am 29. Oktober vom Bundeskabinett beschlossen.

On 27 November 2007 Chancellor Angela Merkel opened the consultation process for the progress report 2008 for the German sustainable development strategy.
It was approved by the Federal Cabinet for submission to the Bundestag on 29 October 2008.
