Alle Stuttgarter Familien , bei denen der Gesamtbetrag der Einkünfte 60.000 € brutto jährlich nicht übersteigt , erhalten die FamilienCard. Familien mit vier oder mehr Kindern erhalten die FamilienCard unabhängig von der Höhe ihres Einkommens .
Sie wird ausgestellt für Kinder und Jugendliche bis einschließlich 16 Jahre und beinhaltet ein Guthaben von 60 € jährlich pro Kind, das für bestimmte Angebote verwendet werden kann.
