( 2 ) Für Haushaltsüberschreitungen ist die nachträgliche Genehmigung des Abgeordnetenhauses einzuholen.
( 3 ) Erhebt der mit der Leitung des Finanzwesens beauftragte Senator gegen eine Haushaltsüberschreitung Einspruch, so ist ein Beschluß des Abgeordnetenhauses herbeizuführen.
( 4 ) Für Haushaltsüberschreitungen in den Bezirken können durch Gesetz entsprechende Regelungen getroffen werden.
