Der Dialog zwischen Regierung und Privatwirtschaft wird auf Grundlage der nun verfügbaren Daten strukturierter geführt und hat Ziele und Inhalte des vierten nationalen Entwicklungsplans, der Industriepolitik, der Strategie zur lokalen Wirtschaftsentwicklung sowie der Finanzsektorstrategie erheblich beeinflusst.
In 13 Städten und Regionen sind Strategien zur Förderung der lokalen Wirtschaft erarbeitet worden, die nun umgesetzt werden.
