Basierend auf Einzelleistungsvergütung und Kopfpauschale als Basisvergütung testen wir insbesondere, wie sich zusätzliche Pay-for-Performance Anreize auf die medizinische Behandlung unterschiedlicher Patiententypen auswirken.
Unsere Ergebnisse zeigen, dass Patienten im Durchschnitt signifikant von der Einführung von Pay-for-Performance Anreizen profitieren - unabhängig davon, ob diese mit einer Einzelleistungsvergütung oder einer Kopfpauschale kombiniert werden.
