Für Verlust oder Beschädigung von eingebrachten Sachen des Auftragnehmers, seiner Beauftragten, seiner Erfüllungs- oder Verrichtungsgehilfen oder sonstigen vom Auftragnehmer einbezogenen Dritten, haftet Koelnmesse nur bei Vorsatz oder grober Fahrlässigkeit durch Koelnmesse, ihrer Beauftragten, ihrer Erfüllungs- oder Verrichtungsgehilfen.
13. Materialbeistellung Beigestellte Materialien sowie beigegebene Unterlagen wie Entwürfe, Zeichnungen, Klischees, Modelle, Schablonen und Werkzeuge bleiben unser Eigentum.
Sie sind vom Auftragnehmer gegen Verlust und Beschädigung ausreichend zu sichern und nach Erledigung des Auftrages unaufgefordert kostenfrei und auf Gefahr des Auftragnehmers an uns zurückzusenden.

13.Provision of materials Materials provided and documents enclosed such as drafts, sketches, printing plates, models, stencils and tools remain our property.
