Vorgehensweise Im Mittelpunkt der deutschen Unterstützung stand bislang die Stärkung der institutionellen Leistungsfähigkeit der NEPAD-Agentur in Verwaltung, Personalwesen und -entwicklung, Planung, Kommunikations- und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit sowie Monitoring und Evaluierung.

Objective With a stronger institutional structure, the NEPAD agency helps ensure that the AU’s development programmes are implemented more effectively.
Approach Support from Germany has so far focused on consolidating the NEPAD agency’s institutional capacity in the fields of administration, human resource development, planning, communications and public relations, monitoring and evaluation.
