In diesem Kontext trägt der Richter , der den Wunsch hat , gerecht zu sein und dem klassischen Paradigma von der » lebendigen Gerechtigkeit « ( vgl. Aristoteles , Nikomachische Ethik , V , 1132a ) zu entsprechen , die ganze Last der Verantwortung seiner Aufgabe vor Gott und den Menschen .
