Fragen der Verteilungsgerechtigkeit (Utilitaritätsprinzip versus Dringlichkeit) oder der Organspende (z.B. Widerspruchslösung, Organspende nach Hirntod, bezahlte Organspende) bedürfen der weiteren fachübergreifenden Diskussion um gesellschaftliche Akzeptanz und Legitimation zu erzielen.
