Trading of the shares on the Frankfurt stock is expected to commence on March 22, 2010.
A total of 34.5m shares ( including 4.5m shares in connection with an overallotment option ) have been placed at € 22 per share .
With an overall size of approximately €760m (including overallotment), this is the largest IPO in Germany in over two years.
