In Grundlagenveranstaltungen werden theoretische Grundlagen ( Personalökonomie, Verhaltenstheorien, Strategietheorien ) und Funktionen der Personalwirtschaft ( Personalplanung, Personalauswahl, Personaleinsatz, Personalentwicklung und Vergütung ) vermittelt.
Diese Grundlagen werden in Vorlesungen und Seminaren vertieft und umfassen die Themen Motivation und Führung, Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung, Strategisches Human Resource Management, Internationales Personalmanagement, Change Management und Methoden der Personalforschung.Forschungsschwerpunkte

These foundations are expanded upon in lectures and seminars which address topics such as motivation and leadership, personnel and organizational development, strategic HRM, international HRM, change management and research methods.
Our research interests include strategic human resource management, change processes in organizations, as well as process innovations and organizational change.
