Bund und Länder haben ein gemeinsames Förderprogramm zur Verbesserung der Studienbedingungen an den Hochschulen beschlossen und damit den Hochschulpakt ( http : / / www.bmbf.de / de / 6142.php ) um eine dritte Säule erweitert.
Schwerpunkt der Förderung sind Initiativen zur Personalgewinnung und Personalqualifizierung sowie zur Weiterentwicklung der Lehrqualität an den Hochschulen.
Bis 2020 wird die Bundesregierung rund 2 Milliarden Euro bereitstellen und weitere Impulse für eine Umsetzung der Bologna-Reformen geben.
