Eine Betriebsumfrage im Rahmen des Projekts ergab, dass 46 % der Unternehmen die Bedeutung der Qualifikationsentwicklung für den betrieblichen Entwicklungsprozess erst durch die Inanspruchnahme einer externen Beratung erkannten.
