Im November 2012 erhielt die Kommission einen Antrag der rumänischen Behörden auf finanzielle Unterstützung aus dem EU-Solidaritätsfonds für die Dürre im Sommer 2012 .
Der Schaden wurde auf 806,7 Mio. EUR geschätzt.
