Ein weiteres Referat widmet sich der seit 1997 eingeführten Praxis, die nach Lernfeldern strukturierten Rahmenlehrplänen der KMK kompetenzbasiert und abschlussbezogen zu formulieren.
Danach werden die wesentlichen Veränderungen des Berufsbildungsgesetzes ( BBiG ) für die Ordnung beruflicher Bildung aufgezeigt ( Stufenausbildung, Zusatzqualifikationen, Veränderungen im Prüfungswesen, Externenprüfung, Erprobungsregelungen und der erweiterten Zielstellung des Erwerbs umfassender beruflicher Handlungsfähigkeit ).
Ziel dieses Plenums ist es, die Möglichkeiten eines modernen Berufsprinzips auszuloten und wichtige Impulse für die künftige Gestaltung der beruflichen Bildung zu setzen.
