Bislang haben sich unter der Mithilfe des Vorhabens zehn Innovationsnetzwerke gegründet.
Mitglieder der Netzwerke sind jeweils Vertreter der Privatwirtschaft ( zurzeit 70 Unternehmen ), von Technologiezentren und Universitäten.
Die Netzwerke arbeiten unter anderem an der Einführung neuer Verbundstoffe ( Kunststoff und organische Abfallstoffe ) und ressourceneffizienter Konzepte für den Bausektor auf dem ägyptischen Markt.
