3. IVU-Informationstag Baden-Württemberg – Präsentationen online Diese Veranstaltung, die Ecologic im Auftrag des baden-württembergischen Umweltministeriums organisierte, zeigte, dass die IVU-Richtlinie zwar zusätzliche Pflichten und Anforderungen an die Anlagenbetreiber und Behörden mit sich bringt, jedoch ein wirksames Instrument gegen Umweltdumping in der Europäischen Union darstellt.
Einverständnis bestand darüber, dass eine gute Zusammenarbeit zwischen Verwaltung und Unternehmen eine wesentliche Voraussetzung für eine erfolgreiche praktische Umsetzung der IVU-Richtlinie ist.

3. IPPC-Information Day – Presentations online This conference, organised by Ecologic on behalf of the Ministry for Environment Baden-Württemberg, demonstrated that the IPPC Directive creates additional obligations and requirements for operators and authorities yet is an effective remedy against environmental dumping in the EU.
Participants agreed that good co-operation between administration and operators is an essential condition for successful implementation of the IPPC Directive.
