Das Projekt int.unity hat mit Hilfe innovativer Sprachtechnologie die Zusammenarbeit zwischen der Communication Workers Union ( UK ) und der Vereinten Dienstleistungsgewerkschaft ( ver.di ) auf eine neue Grundlage gestellt .
Die technischen Partner im Projekt, die OrbiTeam Software GmbH & Co. KG und das Institut für Angewandte Informationsforschung (IAI) Saarbrücken, haben eine an die Erfordernisse gewerkschaftlicher Kommunikation angepasste Sprachtechnologie in die Internetplattform BSCW integriert.

With the help of an innovative language technology , the project int.unity has put the cooperation between the Communication Workers Union ( Great Britain ) and the Vereinte Dienstleistungsgewerkschaft ver.di on a new basis .
In a two-year project, the technical partners, OrbiTeam Software GmbH & Co. KG and the Institute for Applied Information Research (IAI) Saarbrücken, adapted language translation technology in line with the trade union's requirements and integrated it into the BSCW Internet platform.
