Veräußert der Käufer Ware, an der der Auftragnehmer gemäß 4. nur anteiliges Eigentum hat, so zediert er dem Auftragnehmer die Ansprüche gegen die Dritten zum entsprechenden Teilbetrag.
Verwendet der Käufer die Vorbehaltsware im Rahmen eines Werk- oder ähnlichen Vertrages, so tritt er die (Werklohn-)Forderung in Höhe des Rechnungswertes der hierfür eingesetzten Ware des Auftragnehmers an ihn ab.
