Intershop calls extraordinary general meeting on December 14, 2010
Jena, November 3, 2010 – Intershop Communications AG is calling an extraordinary general meeting on December 14, 2010, in Jena upon request of the shareholder GSI Commerce Solutions, Inc.
www.intershop.de( 4 ) Ersatzwahlen erfolgen auf den Rest der Funktionsperiode des ausgeschiedenen Mitgliedes.
Wird ein Mitglied des Aufsichtsrates durch eine außerordentliche Hauptversammlung gewählt , gilt sein erstes Amtsjahr mit dem Schluss der nächsten ordentlichen Hauptversammlung als beendet .
(5) Jedes Mitglied des Aufsichtsrates kann sein Amt unter Einhaltung einer vierwöchigen Frist auch ohne wichtigen Grund mit schriftlicher Anzeige an den Vorstand oder an den Vorsitzenden des Aufsichtsrates, im Falle seiner Verhinderung an einen Stellvertreter, niederlegen.

If a member of the Supervisory Board is elected by an Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, his first year of office shall be deemed terminated with the end of the next Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting.
(5) Each member of the Supervisory Board may resign from office subject to a four-week period of notice also without major reason by written notification addressed to the Management Board, or the Chairman of the Supervisory Board or a deputy if the Chairman is unable to receive such a notification.
