5 ( elterliche Sorge ) wurde auf Grund eines Ständeratsentschlusses vom 18. März 2004 aufgehoben .
Am 1. Mai 2007 hat die Schweiz ihren Vorbehalt zu Art.

www.humanrights.chAlleinerziehende erhalten gemäß § 4 Abs. 3 Satz 4 BEEG für 14 Monate Elterngeld, wenn sie in dieser Zeit maximal einer Teilzeittätigkeit nachgehen und vor der Geburt des Kindes erwerbstätig waren.
Bedingung hierfür ist , dass das Kind nur bei diesem Elternteil in der Wohnung lebt und diesem auch die elterliche Sorge oder das Aufenthaltsbestimmungsrecht allein zusteht .
Beide Elternteile dürfen nicht in einer Wohnung zusammenleben, da so die Voraussetzungen für Alleinerziehende nicht erfüllt sind.
