Die Hauptversammlung hat zudem mit 93,32 % ein einheitliches neues genehmigtes Kapital 2009 in Höhe von 1 Mrd. € geschaffen, das mit Zustimmung des Aufsichtsrats sowohl gegen Bar- als auch gegen Sacheinlagen bis zum 7. April 2014 ausgenutzt werden kann.
Im Gegenzug wurden die bisherigen genehmigten Kapitalia, getrennt nach Bar- und Sacheinlagen in Höhe von jeweils 500 Mio. €, aufgehoben.
