Die nachrangige Schuldverschreibung hat eine unbefristete Laufzeit und einen Zinssatz von zunächst 7,125 % p.a. bis 31.10.2014 ( das ist der erstmögliche Kündigungstermin der Hybridanleihe 2007 ) und sodann 6 % p.a. bis 31.10.2019 .
Eine derartige Kapitalmarkttransaktion, die nicht den Rückkauf in bar, sondern nur den Umtausch in ein neues Hybridinstrument vorsah, ist bisher die erste in Österreich.
