Da die Dividende in vollem Umfang aus dem steuerlichen Einlagekonto im Sinne des § 27 KStG ( nicht in das Nennkapital geleistete Einlagen ) geleistet wird , erfolgt die Auszahlung ohne Abzug von Kapitalertragsteuer und Solidaritätszuschlag .
Bei inländischen Aktionären unterliegt die Dividende nicht der Besteuerung.
