Rügen, die beim Lieferanten innerhalb einer Frist von zwei Wochen, gerechnet ab Wareneingang oder bei versteckten Mängeln ab Entdeckung, eingehen, gelten stets als unverzüglich im Sinne des § 377 HGB.
Bei Lieferung von nicht vertretbaren Sachen findet § 377 HGB keine Anwendung .
8. Eigentumsvorbehalt
