Eine Ästhetik der Komplexität: innerhalb einer Zone des permanenten Übergangs, des ständigen Entgleitens und Vergehens der grafischen Formationen entsteht ein „dynamisches System“, das nicht länger einer Idee von Ordnung und Einfachheit folgt.

It is being implemented in close cooperation with the project ‘Strengthening municipal structures – Maghreb’ (Coopération des Villes et Municipalités – CoMun) commissioned by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).

Weitere Aktivitäten sind die Unterstützung von Unternehmensgründungen unter Anwendung von CEFE-Trainings ( Competency based Economies through Formation of Enterprise ) und ein Existenzgründerfonds zur Finanzierung kleiner Investitionen.
Ermittelt wurden außerdem Stärken und Verbesserungspotenziale der lokalen Wirtschaft sowie Optionen zur Förderung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit in Pilotregionen.

Further activities include support for business start-ups, using CEFE ( Competency-Based Economies through Formation of Enterprise ) training events, and a start-up fund to finance small-scale investments.
The strengths and scope for improvement in the local economy have been identified and options for promoting competitiveness in pilot regions drawn up.
