R stands for the German word “Rendite”, which means return on investment, because economic success is the foundation that we need for the necessary investments into food safety and continuous improvements.
U stands for the German word “Umsetzungsstärke”, which means strength in implementing projects, because numerous modernization measures need to be completed and our company structure should adapt to changing market conditions.
