Störungen der corticalen Entwicklung Exogene oder endogene Noxen, wie radiokative Strahlung, Drogenmissbrauch der Mutter während der Schwangerschaft, Hypoxie, Ischämie etc., können während der prä- und frühen postnatalen Phase irreversible und häufig schwerwiegende Schädigungen im unreifen Cortex induzieren.
