bei der Suche nach einer Lösung für das derzeitige Wachstumsproblem müsse der politische Hintergrund und insbesondere der Umstand im Auge behalten werden, dass die Mitgliedstaaten nicht bereit sind, ihre finanzpolitische Souveränität aufzugeben;
in einigen EU-Ländern gebe es Anlaufstellen bzw. Vermittler, an die sich KMU bei der Ablehnung eines Kreditantrags wenden könnten.
