This journal continues the tradition of German medical education publishing initiated by Dietrich Habeck in 1984 with the periodical "Medizinische Ausbildung" and later with the supplement "Medizinische Ausbildung" of the journal "Das Gesundheitswesen" by Florian Eitel beetween 1998 and 2004.
www.egms.deDamit steht ein offenes globales Informations- und Kommunikationsforum zur Verfügung, das die gesamten Möglichkeiten der digitalen Welt für Fortschritte in der medizinischen Aus-, Weiter- und Fortbildung nutzen wird.
