V. is an organization officially commissioned by the City of Nuremberg to deal with all the questions regarding city tourism in Nuremberg.
For this purpose the Verkehrsverein (Tourist Office) is divided up into three business segments:
the Congress- und Tourismus-Zentrale, the Tourist Information Office and the Incoming- und Congress Office Nuremberg-Fürth.
tourismus.nuernberg.deV. ist die von der Stadt Nürnberg offiziell beauftragte Organisation, die sich mit allen Fragen des Städtetourismus in Nürnberg befasst.
Zu diesem Zweck unterhält der Verein drei Geschäftsbereiche:

At this time, the cooperation with the Bückeburg Verkehrsverein expanded and new approaches to downtown beautification were presented.
New names emerged, and from the advertising community was COMMERCE DEPARTMENT within the overall association COMMUNITY FOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT Bückeburg EV ( GfW ), formed.

Zu dieser Zeit wurde die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Bückeburger Verkehrsverein ausgebaut und neue Konzepte zur Innenstadtverschönerung wurden vorgestellt.
Neue Namen entstanden, und aus der Werbegemeinschaft wurde die ABTEILUNG HANDEL innerhalb des Gesamtvereins GEMEINSCHAFT FÜR WIRTSCHAFTSFÖRDERUNG BÜCKEBURG E.V. ( GfW ), gebildet.

In the year 1979, Mr. Strauß joined the Advisory Board of Pro Stuttgart Verkehrsverein and was appointed to the Management Board as from 2012.
